Iberoamerican most important learning and development forum
It is the first and only international event in Ibero-America that offers a comprehensive and in-depth vision of the current reality, future challenges and trends that are already glimpsed in the complex scenario of corporate learning.
The initiative will take place from June 1 to 3 and will be developed entirely in a virtual format designed to promote participation and the exchange of knowledge. Attendees will have the opportunity to attend plenary conferences by international speakers from more than 10 countries, participate in workshops and exhibitions of good practice cases, access podcasts, videos and materials, as well as networking with colleagues, universities, clients and suppliers.

FiAD arises from the initiative of a group of colleagues who carry out their professional and teaching activities in the field of training, learning and corporate development. This is the main value that FiAD provides, since the breakdown of its approach both in the proposed agenda and in the elected spokespersons, responds to the day-to-day knowledge of the function, of what companies need and explore, of methodologies and its effectiveness and, of course, the needs and challenges it faces.
The organizers add a wide national and international networking network as well as direct contact with companies and institutions that are at the forefront of innovation in this area. FiAD is the result of his interest in inspiring a true community of experts and professionals with which to co-create the future of learning in organizations.
