This talk will explore what a learning culture is, and why a learning culture is essential for organizational resilience and agility. We will examine the first steps needed to build a learning operation that is capable of transforming your company, and keeping it aligned with an external environment that is mercurial and unstable. The biggest challenge is not delivering more learning, but delivering an organization that can facilitate and develop learning that is profoundly embedded in work.
